During 2020, we decided to finally renovate the awful downstairs half bathroom that was in our house. The bathroom was a time capsule straight out of the 70s with an awful sink/vanity and a toilet that only flushed properly if you yelled at it.
Given the airplane sized bathroom that it is, we decided to go with a travel theme. All of the photos on the walls our from our travels. To top it off, the Delta airline cart really ties it all together.
The finished product. Complete with new toilet and flooring.

Vanity gone to discover a big hole in the wall.

Removed the toilet and vanity to get ready for new flooring.
New flooring is in. Nothing hooked up yet.

I don’t know how they installed the thing but I had to rip it to pieces to get it out.

Mouse turds. Everywhere. The only way I could see in the hole is taking pics.
Daylight on the other side. Drilled a 3″ hole to fit the new pipe.
New vent pipe in place. I nicked the copper pipe to the toilet. Got lucky.
If I never have to install another vent fan in my life, I’ll die happy.
