We attended a track day at Road Atlanta on June 20th, 2021. The weather for the day started off extremely wet, which was an excellent since it was my first time running on this track. The experience I have from years of playing it within iRacing and Forza helped out at least. As well as having an instructor riding along with me to help with the corners/lines and such.
The day did get better, and I got faster on the track as well after gaining more confidence. The track is every bit as fun as I imagined and I’m looking forward to going back one day.
Unfortunately didn’t get the photo package with this track which was regretful. I did have the GoPro mounted in the car and captured some videos, which are below.
